Stonington Little League Concession Stand

The concession stand is a major fundraiser for Stonington Little League.  It helps us pay the bills and it takes a lot of volunteers to make it successful!

Guidelines Regarding Working the Concession Stand

Weeknights - All volunteers must report no later than 5:30 pm so they can familiarize themselves with the concession stand, set up, and open the stand for 6:00 pm.  The last grill order is taken at 8:00 pm, at which that point the volunteers will close the stand.  There is a procedure list in the concession stand for opening and closing which must be followed.

Weekends - There are typically 3 shifts on Saturday & Sunday so it is very important to be on time so that you can relieve the other volunteers from their shift.  The first shift is responsible for opening the stand and the last shift is responsible for closing the stand.  The stand is open typically from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm.
